Good day, I have been having issues with the Sky app login since I had to delete and re-install the Sky app on the mobile phone.
  1. Select login
  2. Enter ID (e-mail) and password
    1. Message: “Incorrect username or password Please enter correct Autel Robotics ID or password”
    1. Confirm
  1. Select ‘Forgot password’
  2. Enter ID
  3. Enter New password
  4. Next – all good
  5. Go to login
  6. Same story- Password do not match bla bla bla
I have repeated this already a 100 times, but it just does not work.
I am at a loss of words. I need the flight logs etc.

Have you tried using a different email address?

Hi, have you solved this problem now? Whether to contact the relevant technical department to solve this problem
 
Same issue here. In my case, I have registered with my phone number, but filling it out, the 'next' button when requesting a new password remains greyed out. Not being able to enter a full email address is beyond retarded really.
 
Same issue on android.. I can reset the password from IOS app, but then, I can't login neither on android nor ios nor on the web login.
Contacted support but they are not able to help..
 
UPDATE: after contacting support I was able to reset my password from IOS app ( not android ). Now i can login with the new credentials either in android or ios. Don't know what have they done but it worked.
