On March 6, 2025, I sent my done to the Autel repair center in Germany. This was because the drone did not work after the firmware update. After contacting the Autel service desk, I received the information to send it to Germany. According to the track and trace, my drone arrived there on March 9. The data from the Autel Robotics service tracking states that my drone is being repaired. But why is this taking so long? It has been in repair for 2 months now! And that is only because the firmware update did not go as it should. The responses I get when I ask where my drone is are always the same. "It is busy." I am starting to get really sick of it. What bad service from Autel. I think I will go back to DJI.
