I've had my evo 2 now for about 1.5 years and I haven't had any problems out of it until recently. I'm getting the error code "remote control and mobile phone disconnected" on the app...I just recently lost the little cord that connects the phone to the remote, but I bought another one (aftermarket) still getting the same error message. I have a note 20 ultra if that helps. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I would start with the basics and suggest a careful review and comparison of firmware, app etc versions available vs installed
