To add to what gschulziuio has said, for disaster relief and recovery scenarios, a 3D model of the building may show the damage better than a 4K video.

I use the photogrammetry alot for geographic data such as orthorectified base map images and digital elevation models (DSM's)... it is a fantastic tool and it is a shame that basic waypoint features are no longer included on smaller "consumer" drones. The original Air was a great aircraft to practice on..

I am very interested in photogrammetry. I did a 2 week trial of Pix4D, but I can't justify the software cost. How does Agisoft Metashape compare to Pix4D re features and cost?
