Nokia 7 or Motorola G

Can’t afford Apple prices for latest smartphones and am looking towards either Nokia or Motorola as a new phone and addition to Evo controller, mainly because they use a fairly close to stock version of Android. Any experience of either out there? Thanks

I don't own either, but I've only heard problems after problems from the Motorola phones.

I’ve had a couple of older Motorola’s and they were pretty good as phones. They wouldn’t have been suitable for use with a drone, though I was hoping the new models might be.

Over at the Tello and Phantom forums someone with a Motorola phone pops up asking for help. Haven't seen anyone with a Microsoft (Nokia) phone asking for help.

The new Nokias have nothing to do with Microsoft, which killed off its association some time ago and then stopped upgrading the Nokia (Lumia) phones. I know, because I have one (Lumia 800). Nokia is now back in business under another umbrella company, which is marketing them. Whole new ballgame using Android software.
