No panorama option

Panorama does not show up as a flight option. Oddly I have seen it once while drone sitting powered on on my desk. Obviously could not go into that mode as it was not in the air but it was there. I have done a couple of different flight days now and I can't figure out how to get it to even show it as an option. Just wondering if there are specific settings that have to be applied to get it to show up in the flight modes.

Additional info:
If I turn on the remote but leave drone off then panorama shows up as an option but as as soon as the drone is powered on the panorama option is gone and won't return until remote is power cycled.

100% sure you are on the last android / App / and aircraft firmwares ?

Suggest checking if everything is up to date as per Autel Robotics firmware list. Even if everything is up to date trying re-installing all the android and firmware updates. That might fix the problem.

I have recently been looking at the flight logging and learned of the export capabilities. I had three choices, even I one I could set up to send an email to to my account. I tried to do this but after a couple of repeated attempts (to make an email connection) those choices disappeared and the menu list was gone. Not a big deal but it would be nice to record a backup of the flights made.

Yep everything shows up to date.

Guys I bought the drone from say "Only single-light gimbals are available, your drones have dual-light gimbals". Meaning the EVO II 640 T dual thermal camera can't do panorama. This sound right to anybody?
