Most distant BVLOS flight video released from Mars. I guess all the unmanned flights to Mars could be considered drones but this little two propeller drone flew and sent back pictures. Not sure about video yet. No FAA clearance required.

Realizing the cost of executing this flight, the ability to send commands from such a distance, and the underlying technology let me appreciate the relative bargain price of the Autel Smart Controller; Ingenuity effectively made the sale.

Yes, that's it. I was inspired by the work at Jet Propulsion Laboratory and that motivated me to preorder the Autel Smart Controller. ;-)
