Live Deck USB issue

I have used Live Deck in the past with no issues, but now when USB to my Samsung S6 tablet, I can see the live video stream from the drone, but the camera controls don't work at all. I thought maybe there was an issue with the app on the tablet, but it works fine when I'm flying the drone from the same tablet.

Similar problems anyone ?

Update....I have to mail the !*#* thing to Washington for warranty service. That warranty service is costing me $30 !
