We have all seen it and read it...drone pilots flying into and over clouds, flying as far as possible way beyond visual line of sight, flying high as possible, flying at night, etc., which might make for great videos but all no-no's without authorization, the possibilities of such commonly even discussed right here....there are those who even publish those "outside the envelope" videos online. Right now our busy politicians and un-elected public servants are working hard trying to keep accidents related to these forms of drone "misuse" from happening, complaining that the FAA test is not difficult enough, drone skies are too unregulated, and at the same time waiting for a perfect disaster to happen. Once it does, as can be read in this article and heard in the video, we will have our drones taken away from us, because of whom this political interviewee blames and describes the accident-causing pilot as the "jerk", and it will only take one incident for a big disaster:
