IRPC 1.3.3.3 showing wrong temperature

On the smart controller everything's is correct- It shows correct temperature in Celsius. When I import pictures from the Evo ii V3 into IRPC Tool, Numbers become crazy. Take a look on the picture

I'm having the same issue. Screen temps are spot on, but the report numbers are wild!

Not happening for me - I took a picture of a plant inside the house, and the temperatures I could see on the RC are the same I see when I import the .irg/.tiff files into that tool. Looking at the numbers you get it looks to me like they give you Kelvin instead of Celsius.
All that said, my IR tool also looks quite different - e.g. the vertical menu you have on the left I have on top, and I have fewer options - I wonder if you're using the v1/v2 version instead of the v3 version..? The one I use is on top of this download list. Let me know if that solves your problem.

(At the same time I'm looking for some insights on .irg vs .tiff - any of the two better than the other for the purpose thermal pics..?)

Thanks for your feedback. I have tried too uninstall and install the software again, but with same result. If i change to Kelvin or Fahrenheit the number becomes twice as big.
But how do you import the Tiff and irg files. I have only the possibility to import JPG files

I have tried the the IR PC tool on 3 different computers and the result is the same my firmware for the drone is V50590, maybe the problem is there. I also wrote a message on WhatsApp to Autel about the problem

Good morning,
Same here. The coffee maker in the middle (P1) showed 135°F on the controller screen. The other 3 points were in the 70s. Camera is set to Fahrenheit.
If I try to use the other IRPC tool, I get an "illegal image" error. As far as I can tell, that is due to the Max 4T only supplying jpeg's, no tiff's.
It's really irritating, as one of the main reasons I purchased this drone was to produce thermal roof reports.

So when you say you installed the software again, are you saying that you reinstalled v1.3.3..? You said your drone is v3, so the IR software to use is 1.0.1.5 (as per the link I provided). Can you check/confirm..?
(Autel's software versioning is obviously not helping; it's not exactly smart to give software for newer models a lower version number).

Hi I tried both software versions, same result

I did download a demo of Sense Themo converter so that I could read the exif from the tiff file. And the same numbers come up but it read the temp as Kelvin. I am very convinced this is a bug in the firmware. The controler shows correct celcius dregres, but the JPG file is empty. As e.g. Humidity is written to the Tiff file but not to the JPG file.

And finally I did send a JPG file to the Flir team, They couldn't use the file either. I have done my part, now it is time for Autel to react and fix the problem.
