Image properties on IR tool show NA for my autel 640T

The images I import on the IR tool doesn’t have any information on them. All that’s shown is “NA”. Can someone help please.

First thing to try is to use Microsoft file explorer to transfer the files to your computer. Some photo management programs add something to the files. I learned that the hard way by importing through ACDSee Studio.

The pictures automatically get transferred over to my “pictures” as JPG when I plug the drone into my laptop to transfer the pictures over. Doesn’t give me an option to use an app such as Microsoft file explorer.

Is the process wrong? I turn my drone on, plug the drone into my laptop. Click the images I want to transfer over, and then click the transfer photo button. Then when I see them stored under “pictures”, I eject the drone so I can safely remove it from my laptop. Then I open the IR tool, insert the photo. And everything shows as NA.

If you are running win 11 the tool has that behavior. Support says "There are no plans to address this at this time" ??????????????????
