How to save pictures from Controller to PC?

I just bought an Autel Evo Max 4T, and have several images that are saved to my controller. They can be view on the controller itself. However, how do I transfer these images to my PC? Have tried attaching the controller using various cables, but the external drive icon never appears on my computer screen. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Tom, thanks for your reply. I'll see if any of those ideas work. One thing I noticed is that some images have been saved to the Micro-SD card on my drone. I can easily transfer these images to my PC. However, I am not sure how I ended up saving those pics to my drone in the first place. Is there a way to set things up so that all screen shots are saved to the SD card on the drone? Looked through the documentation, but no clues there.
