How do you get the loudspeaker to work?

I got the loudspeaker spotllight combo and the light seems to be working fine (although I’d like it to just follow the camera gimbal rather than have its own control), but I can’t get the loudspeaker to do anything. If I hit the loudspeaker button, then all it does is display “Please get close to the microphone”. It doesn’t make a noise nomatter what noises I make. If I go to record, then the controller appears to record a message and claims to successfully upload it, but there’s no way for me to play the message. There’s only 3 buttons and I’ve done everything with all of them. Am I missing something?

Everything is freshly updated to the newest version.

Doublecheck your version, as speaker only supported from latest fw.

It’s there. It recognizes the speaker/spotlight. Does a little calibration thing when it turns on and gives some sort of confirmation that things are good. The app on the remote will record a message and I can play back that message on the remote and upload that message to the drone. It just won’t play the message on the loudspeaker. I just very recently updated the remote, the drone, and the spotlight/loundspeaker.
