Having problems with Autel Support

so long story short, less than 10 flights on my new evo 2, I'v been flying drones for over a year with 1000's hours of flight time with flight records to prove my worth. I press takeoff and 5 seconds later after evo 2 lifts off ground it cuts engines and slams into ground, Autel support is telling me I hit power lines and wants me to pay for the damage. I'm about to flip and if I talk to them again I might say something I regret.
I have provided flight logs into the evo 2 where it shows it taking off then drops to zero and cuts out. I have a very hard to see home security camera footage of the event but they don't believe it. I'm about to hire a lawyer, I need advice please.
 
I feel for you. I have previously problem with a drone..
Lunching a drone in a clear field . About 4 feet up and just cut off with no reason everything and a drone crash done. I’m lucky is no damage.it happened only once. Dont know the reason. Unfortunately to deal with support you have to be on a phone constant. Good luck.
 
How does one get "thousand of hours of flight time" in a year?
 
Well yes as he is the one who has the video of his problem and is the OP of the post you can assume you are correct.
Are you work for Autel? Reason I ask. I have drone issues from beginning 2 months now. Total ignorance from support

If I did they owe me a few hundred paychecks as I have not received any payment from them.
It would seem you are one of the very few that seem to be having problems with Autel support. Judging from your posts English does not seem to be your native language and you seem to have trouble relaying what your problem is. Many of us have used Autel support and they have gone above and beyond what you should expect.
When I offered you a way to get back your duty fees you were not interested. Any other problems you are having I suggest explaining it to Autel and to keep your cool. From my experience with them they are doing the best they can during a very difficult time.

It is not a problem that if English is not your native language. Never has been and never will be but perhaps you are not explaining to Autel in a way they can understand your problem. Like I have told you before if you have a problem with a manufacture or dealer then take it up with them in private. This forum is not your sounding board to vent your problems with them. If you have a problem with that then its time for you to move on.
 
Lol. The topics in a room Autel support problem. Well except that dealer issues I have I'm talking about the service problem. I don't want to start and tell you the full storyline with the support I get from Autel. Also I can assure you it's not a language barrier we dealing with.
Well I maybe wentover board with a dealer situation but if send you that 19 emails I sent them in a 2 months. I'm 100% will open people's eyes. And I guess in a future I just use this chat as a weary limited time. Since look like the honest opinions is an eyesore soar for certain people's.
 
The moderators of this forum do not make the rules but we do enforce them. All we ask is you stick to them. We do allow for some room for you to vent. Its time to shut down this post.
