Good morning, I send you this email because I am very unhappy with the purchase of an Autel Evo 2 V3 Enterprise Drone made on April 24 and with the resolution of the procedure of the distributor where I bought it.
When starting to test the drone, the smart controller has image signal losses when transmitting the drone signal, there are malfunctions.
I contact AutelPilot.eu to demand a change of drone and they tell me that first I have to send the device to the factory for the verification and verification of the incorrect operation of the drone. Their policy clearly says that if the product has a malfunction, they will replace the equipment with a new one. I reported the malfunction of the device to the manufacturer during the first days of receiving the drone.
Once the drone was sent to the factory by me on 05/24/24, I wait almost 15 days for it to arrive in Germany which is where they have the factory, during this waiting time, I emphasize several times to the manufacturer that I request a change of device because it is defective and they respond in the emails that there will be no problem as long as they detect that the device has a quality failure, They also tell me that when it arrives at the factory they will confirm if the drone has problems. Well, to make a long story short, without any prior notification from them they decide to repair it when I make it very clear that I wanted a new device.
On June 10 at 9:31 A.M. they receive the drone at their offices (UPS information), during this time I constantly track the package. Then on June 11 I receive in my email a notification of shipment to my address, I deduce that it is the shipment of a new device by the manufacturer since the day before they had received my package, even so I contact the manufacturer again to clarify if they have checked my drone to confirm the malfunction and they answer me that they have repaired the drone, They recognize that it had malfunctions and without contacting me they previously decide on their own to repair it, which I dislike enormously since they do not make use of their replacement policy.
After a few weeks waiting for the repaired drone I decide to try it and what is my surprise when I see that the Drone still has the same image signal latency problems between the smart controller and the drone, when the drone is in operation there are image jumps on the screen of the controller.
Tired of this issue, I have decided to open a dispute with PayPal because it seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the distributor. I am currently waiting for a response from PayPal as it is in process.
In summary, I bought a device almost 3 months ago which I have not been able to fully enjoy because it has come defective from the factory and with all these procedures and email exchanges all this time has passed.
I present my case to help future buyers and to take into account the possible after-sales problems that may arise from this distributor.
