Flight sync in the cloud.

For some time now, I have been unable to synchronize flights from Autel Explorer by clicking on the cloud. The message "synchronization failed" appears and therefore I cannot upload and analyze the flights on Airdata.
Autel Explorer is installed on an iPad pro and both are up to date.
Any suggestions..?

It seems to be an ios problem on the iPad, I tried another iPad and the problem persists, I tried it on an android tablet and the sync works fine. Am I the only one having this problem..?

Fixed the problem by reinstalling the app.

If you reinstall the app, will you lose your flight logs?
