Finally found time to read my computers manual

Bought this thing in 2013. Never read the manual and never needed to read it but today I had to change out a fan on my power supply and needed to look up where the CPU temp sensor should go as it was just hanging close by the CPU and I guess I had knocked it lose while moving wires around.
Still don't know what the two knobs at the top of the computer do. They been cranked as far clock wise ever since I bought this thing and never touched them. Anyone have a clue?

One is for the AM/FM stations and the other one for volume. ?

If memory serves me right, those are fan controllers. Turning them CCW should make the fans run at lower rpms.

They're probably for adjusting the fan speed (2 fans). But you need to open the case and see if those knobs are even connected to anything (i.e. a fan).

OK since I replaced both case fans a year or so ago they just run at full speed and the knobs don't seem to slow them down at all. Guess they must be by passed then.
