I purchased my EVO last year (April2018) and received it in July 2018. I did NOT get the prompt to register the EVO on the initial startup. Here it is March of 2019 and my EVO is not registered. I have no access to flight logs etc. I have tried many things on the Autel site and in the Explorer app (I use an iPhone X) and have found nothing that will allow me to register my drone. HELP!

You need to create an account on this web page. Once done then you can register the UAV.
I have an account because I've ordered extra batteries, props, etc. there is no where on the site that I can find to register a drone.
I tried what you advised, but after I type in my email, password and the code I get this screen...

So you created an account and did you verify your email? I think Autel sends out a verification notice to the email you registered with or did you already have an account? If you already had an account then I would phone them and have them straighten it out. They are open 7 days a week.
