Drone connected to control but not phone

Control doesn't recognize phone can fly with control but unable to use app.
Samsung galaxy S23Ultra
Usb 2.0 and micro usb used.
Deleted app and reinstalled directly from google play and autel website.

4 Different cables between USB and micro including a brand new 2.0. Happened with an iPhone and an iPad.

Does the phone have a case on it? Does it allow for full insertion of the cable connector?

Got it to work turned off wifi and Bluetooth and got a connection!!!
