If I can't download the Autel app on my Acer tablet, that means its not compatible correct?

I would assume that is correct, but I am not familiar with the Acer tablet. If it uses Android then the android version must be 4.2 or later. What version of android does your tablet have?

I am no computer guy but Starlink is designed for running either iOS or Android platforms.

As far as I know there are no windows based mobile apps for Autel quads.
