The DNG and JPG are the same dimensions but the DNG is a physically larger file since it is 14bits (or 16bits) of data vs JPGs 8bits. Within Windows Explorer it cannot properly read the DNG metadata so it defaults to showing the DNG as 960x640 or possibly Autel just writes the wrong dimensions into the Dimensions attribute of the file, but if you open the image in a RAW processor it will show the proper dimensions.
