Battery with overcooled error message

I have just received à new battery, it is at 50% charge but once I plug it to the charger I have the second led flashing assuming à temperarure issue and once pluged in thé aircraft the system shows an error.

Any idea How to solve this ?

I would first charge it and update it with the newest firmware and see if that helps.

Is the message a recommendation or it wont let you arm the motors? I have never heard or seen this error before, so I am keen on learning about it.

I suggest you get your battery exchanged. Clearly the sensor of that battery is busted or stuck.

I hoped to find a solution as I am way traveling, with just one other battery. But it is probably the best solution indeed.

May be you need check your battery temp in app,and see what kind error you got.

It's so bad. temp sensor have some error. If it's a new battery (under warranty),you should contect get official support in local, send back it and change

just got this exact error.
-53.4 c . Summer in Australia so definately not environmental temperature
Battery has 25 discharges and about 13 months old
Has anyone had success in fixing this? Im currently attempting to run it right down and recharge, but not liking my chances here

I suggest you get your battery exchanged. Clearly the sensor of that battery is busted or stuck.

Autel wont exchange the battery i tried that on my three month old drone.

No fix for it. Autel advice is to purchase a new battery.
