Battery charging protocol

As I understand, if you put more than 1 batteries on the charging tray (hub) only 1 battery will be charged first (lowest capacity?).
Once full, the next lowest one will be charged, right?

Or ALL 3 will be charged simultaneously which looks like mine is doing now.

I think the first time I charged them, only 1 pack was charged at a time.
This is my second time charging.

Mine is sequential and charges the batteries with highest state of charge first.

Same with mine, highest state of charge battery charges first then switches to next highest SOC.
