Hello! I have Autel Evo Nano+. I`m using multicharger but I have a problem. When I plug the USB cable it detects the battery with the higher voltage and start charging it. But when the first battery is charged then all 4 LEDs on this battery starts blinking and other two batteries are not charging.

I had the same problem. Thought it was the charger or the batteries. Here is what I found resolved the issue. If the batteries are not drained below half charge this can happen. If it happens, the next time you charge the battery/batteries be sure to drain them down to about 25% charge. They should charge normally the next time.
