Stupid EVO question maybe??
I was just out experimenting ( new phone) and it seems that rearward obstacle avoidance works if in "Starpoint" mode (no satellites)...I was maneuvering/experimenting just in and out of my garage so it was in and out of GPS... and when in Starpoint...it seemed to stop if going backward and sensing an object in its path... as it does normally going forward!
Does anybody have any experience with that?
I know it is supposed to be working like that in "novice" mode only?

I already crashed testing the rear with GPS, frankly not in love with OA one crash testing the rear one crash because the fronts stopped me at an inopportune moment, my fault because instead of shooting up I thought it would be best to move forward out of the way-out my subject (a car) was in front, granted lower than the bird, but the bird stopped anyway and got blindsided. I have never bed=fore had OA, no mavics no other bird with them and never had a crash, I had no idea, I still insist the OA on the EVO needs some tweaking i's a "bit" too sensitive. I understand the rear might stop the craft if in tracking mode.
