Autel Support group rocks

Had a few minor things bugging me, opened a ticket they called me back. Spent about 30 mins discussing things I liked, don't liked and didn't quite understand.

Awesome folks there, took the time to listen to an improvement I had, talked about the new firmware and stability changes and fixes on take off, landing and hovering. Discussed some new stuff coming out.

Can't say enough about those folks!

Impressed me way more than dealing with DJI support, they have me sold I made the right decision to purchase from them

I agree 100%. After crashing my XStar hard I sent it in to be inspected. They emailed me yesterday and told me it had a large compass error and will be sending me a new one covered under their warranty! I am so glad I went with the Autel Robotics XStar drone...... Thank you Autel Robotics!

I emailed a question and had a answer in just a few minutes. I agree , they have great customer service!!!!!!!!!

Autel Robotics customer service is so great, I wish they had created the Mavic instead of DJI.
