After purchasing AUTEL EVO 2, the service was really disappointing. I'm so embarrassed to hear that the drone equipment malfunction caused the cost of repair even though it crashed.
I sent a broken drone to the Chinese service center and a LOG file, but I was informed that the answer was firm and should be paid for.
So what do you think about this issue ? Customer issue or Drone Malfunction caused ?
