Autel EVO II Crash results

After purchasing AUTEL EVO 2, the service was really disappointing. I'm so embarrassed to hear that the drone equipment malfunction caused the cost of repair even though it crashed.

I sent a broken drone to the Chinese service center and a LOG file, but I was informed that the answer was firm and should be paid for.

So what do you think about this issue ? Customer issue or Drone Malfunction caused ?

Hi, So what do you think the Drone issue was, what did it do that you didn't use the control to make it do... ?

yes because when fly the drone suddenly make speed up few second I think 6 sec ? I couldn't control myself.

My drone already sent to China Factory but they said that's not drone issue and you need to pay .

I couldn't record to sd card because suddenly really speed up.

They change new drone but I need to pay 160$ and not included battery and propeller.
