App not installed - what should I do? [resolved]

Hi all.
Just got a new 4T, but strangely, as the RC boots, there's no app there (Autel enterprise app??). It just boots as if it was a mere Android tablet.
It occurred to me that the app might, for some reason, be hidden, as this is a known Android feature. But I couldn't find that "hidden apps" feature in the RC.

So.. Any idea how can I install the relevant app?

The first thing you should do is contact autel support by phone.

So as it turned out, all I needed to do is fully reset the RC. Following that, everything is working, including the Enterprise app.

Hi Amit,

It sounds like the Autel Enterprise app didn’t get installed properly on your RC. I’d suggest checking the Google Play Store to see if you can find and install the app there. If it’s not available, try checking for system updates to ensure your device is up-to-date. Alternatively, you can download the APK for the Autel Enterprise app directly from the Autel website and manually install it. If nothing works, performing a factory reset might restore all the default apps.
