App not full screen on Galaxy S20

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well.
I wanted to ask and see if anyone else was having this issue. I did a search first, but I didn't see anything simular to my question.
I got an Galaxy S20 after my S8 died and I noticed that the app isn't using the whole screen, it has a white border on the side.
Is anyone else seeing this also? I did contact Autel support, so they are aware of it.

There is a function that makes it full screen. It definetly was in the S8-S10 models.
