App disconnecting and video interference

I’ve tried new cables, new well every thing I can think of help. If I put the drone on a 100’ orbit at a 200’ height the video and app will go in and out with me standing or sitting in one spot. I am handicapped so would a small canvas and aluminum chair make that much difference?

It should not. I also use a chair from time to time for flying and I do not encounter your problems. Where you experience these disconnects, is it always in the same place? Does it also happen with flying with the controller only? It's a bit premature, but I believe you have a radio problem. It can be caused by intereference or a bad radio board inside the controller.
