I'm still waitingit is coming. Should be there by the end of June
Where did you get that? Autel support is ignoring my e-mails asking about the status, and the dealer I bought the drone at says they don't support and/or sell Autel drones anymore (new development since my last inquiry, see above), because of very bad experiences with Autel support. Go figure...lite+ have eu certification. I got mine label few weeks ago
In my case, the process fails at step 1. above, as Autel continues to ignore my requests I sent via e-mail.1. E-mail to [email protected]
2. IF you have green lights on your front arms, they will send you label(cost of delivery on you)
IF you have blue front lights, you’ll have to send drone to repair Center in Germany. You only pay for the the one way shipping. For me turnaround was about a week
Maybe they want you to add the serial number as written text, not as a screenshot? So they can manually copy/paste it. Even though AI could extract it from the pictures, they might not use this kind of AI at AR.Update: I applied for a C1 label for my Lite+ here: C-Label Application EVO Lite series several times, providing screenshots with the serial # from Autel Sky and as photos of the QR code/text on the body of my drone.
All I received were polite answers via e-mail, stating that the serial # was missing in the info I provided & requesting me to provide it via e-mail. I did that every time, multiple times. The replies I sent, obviously including the serial # as a screenshot from AutelSky app, as a photo from the body of my drone (QR code and text located on a sticker on the body of the drone, below the battery) and as text, were ignored by Autel support every single time.
Thus the question: did anybody successfully apply for the C1 label? In case yes, how did you do that? I'm at a complete loss, as Autel isn't adhering to the processs themselves that they put forth on the above web page.
Like I wrote above, I pasted the serial as text in my e-mail replies. In the form on the web page I linked above, only sharing of screen shots is possible, not text:Maybe they want you to add the serial number as written text, not as a screenshot? Yep. To describe Autel product quality and Autel support as a nightmare or a desaster would be an euphemism.Uff, that seems indeed to be an overcomplicated process to get something approved. One photo and a serial number should be enough to qualify or not.
What the heck, They even change the arms for free to update your gear. What's the real issue here ?Yep. To describe Autel product quality and Autel support as a nightmare or a desaster would be an euphemism.
As I wrote above: After applying through the web page, Autel support sends me answers via e-mail, stating that I missed to provide the serial # on the web page. I sent the screenshot, but o.k., may be a malfunctioning web page. I replied many times with e-mails with the screenshots and the serial # as text, but only received reminders to send the info in, as if they never received my info. I assume that they received the info and just ignored it, as I never received any notifications for delivery failures or such. What the heck, They even change the arms for free to update your gear. Please read my post above. All of the info is there, apart from my e-mail address, which I will definitely not post here. But I know that my e-mail address is working, as I do receive the mails from Autel, as described above.Be specific, list details.
What webpage you talk about??
What email Adresse you use??
If you are ''missing'' to send your serial you seem not really honor their requests don't you think?
