Mike Kirkpatrick I was able to test the NFZ update and it works great! Also the landing speed is 20% slower which is great!! I can now create waypoints

Well he could be or just good friends with one of the Dev team and they let him try it out. Sounds like it will be out early next week so I can wait I guess.

Oh boy, I've been putting the update off too specifically for the NFZ issue because I'm about half a mile from the edge of one. Can't wait!!
Does anyone know if this will still be beta?

There are other issues that people have with the gimbal and camera and just because there are reports of a fix does not mean it will work for all. So yes it will stay beta for a very long time to come.
