Have 4 new EVO 2s, 3 of the 4 after entering the email and new PW, it immediately pops up "registration failed".?. WIFI connection is good. One it sailed right through.

Have a EVO 2 V3 actually have 25. when I sent them up for pilots some of the aircraft are asking for pilot number and under general setting says "RID active" and some don't ask or have that active note. Did 2 today and one asked and one did not. any thoughts

Posted in the Mavic forum also. New FAA Fact Sheet to the states. As I read it it comes down to if it deals with airspace and things that are airborne that is FAA realm. Back of document opens up the door for states to require registration of drones with the state.

Thanks, good call on that. We name drones by make model and last 6 of serial number. The drone in question is Autel EVO 2 212001. Airdata has the printed serial number that entered but has no captured the internal number. So, without an internal number, Airdata does not know where to log it.

Have 3 pilots, each with an EVO 2 V3 and they are 800 miles apart. Within 5 days all 3 flew the same drone according to Airdata. The pilot and location are correct (WV, AR, Georgia) but Airdata says it was the same drone at all three locations.?

In Airdata, it will bring over photos of the flight from GO4 and DJI. If I open Autel Explorer app there are no photo associated to the flight, there is a "0" next to the photo count in Explorer, so the app looks like it should be retaining photos. What happened is we did a project and like...

I have flown several flights with Evo 2, all the photos are getting stored to the SD card. When uploading flight to AIRDATA there are no photos. I open Explorer app and there is the flight record but no associated photos.

Have a EVO 2 for about 3 weeks and love it. Came with 3 batteries and have add 1 more. In Airdata, it list the 4 battery SSN but only one matches the QR sticker on a battery, the others aren't even close. Is there a glitch between Airdata and the battery?
