EDVO 2 V3 Smart Controller issues

We have 50 EVO 2's in our fleet, and I have bought 6 EVO 2 V3 in the earlier part of the year, 4-5 now have charging issues. They will not take a charge; the green lights blink like they are charging then just the end bars flash. They will power up and immediately shut down. Anyone else with issues? I find it hard to believe that a group from the same general timeframe would have the same issue without it being a manufacturing problem.

Autel service says to update firmware.......BUT they won't turn on.

As stupid as it might sound, try to flip flop the type C cable or just leave it on the 65w charger overnight. That fixed about 6 of ours that were doing what is happening with yours. The last one just wouldn't take a charge and I had to send it back and they replaced it.
