Why won't my drone connect?

I received my Nano+ drone today. I have downloaded the app from App Store, using my iPhone 14 pro device. However, the drone simply won't connect. There is no error message, only an "RC disconnected" label, and if I'm following the wizard or whatever, it's stuck when I'm supposed to wait 15 seconds. Well, I've waited for over 150 now. Still nothing. What do I do?

If it's saying RC Disconnected then it's the remote that's the issue. Try a different cable. Seems there's been a few iPhone cable problems

Thanks, changing the cable did solve the issue.

I found the autel cables worked in one orientation, but not flipped.
