Yes, in Explorer go to Missions, assume you have a mission created, look middle of screen far right, three icons, one is four boxes aka grid, tap that, now your missions should appear, select one and you should see a blue check lower right of the mission, now look top left of screen, there are two icons, one is two boxes e.g. copy, other is delete, tape the copy, you now a copy of your mission with _Copy appended to file name. Tap X top right, now you should see your copy in missions You can now select the copy, and edit its name, make changes, etc...I’ve got an EVO II Pro v.1 and am using Explorer app v1.2.14 Android.
I was wondering if I can copy a saved waypoints mission and rename it, essentially I want to do a “save as” for a flight plan from the saved missions.
Thanks.

No worries, fwiw, make an extra copy of missions as have run into situations in the past where something happens to a mission, e.g. waypoint change or something else, having a backup saves the day, good luck. This worked perfectly for me. Thanks for the detailed instructions. It’s greatly appreciated.
