Very grained pictures and wrong temperatures

I get very grained pictures. In auto and manual mode for the Max and DNG photos in 8K and 4K. Combined with the wrong temperature at IRPC I now consider to deliverer back the drone with in the 30 days return policy. 4500 euros is a lot of money for me, just to waste. I cannot fulfill the jobs I have booked, as well.

I'm having the same thermal info issue with my Max 4T. Temps display properly on the RC screen but are waaaaay high in the IRPC tool.
I have lost two jobs due to my inability to provide an accurate report.
As it is now a week past the return time for me, I'm stuck finding a way on my own so that this 9K USD (purchased RTK, etc. too) doesn't become just a very expensive paper weight.

For those who have been struggling with wrong temperatures version1.0.1.5 I got a new file from Autel Pilots.
I now have correct temperatures in my report, see thread
