Hey Guys N Gals, just wanted to share a close encounter I had yesterday around 3pm down at Cannons Creek. I had NO idea the power lines where there until i got home to edit the video.
The footage attached was a close call for me and I had No visual sighting of the power lines even though I had visual on my pumpkin. The only reason why I lifted altitude was because I always play it safe once I know I am heading around a bend of sorts I always want to maintain signal communication, it's a habit I have from past experiences. If I would have lifted a few meters later it could have ended my day.
Anyway just a reminder that there is always something out there that can ruin your day.
