Time and Date Setting (Daylight Saving)

Could someone show me how to set time and date in EVO Explorer. Daylight Saving did not change one hour on my recorded footage as a time stamps on both photos and in *** files.
My phone shows correct time changes did not take affect in both EVO and Explorer.

Nevermind. After several powerdown and powerup cycles. The time and date finally caught up. It is now showing the right time and date for the Zone that I am in.
