In the B4UFLY app, I know what "Clear" and "Restricted" mean but I'm not as certain about the yellow "Caution". I've attached a screenshot example from San Francisco. I checked the warnings and sense that they're fairly localized. But if I'm not violating those particular warnings then is it okay to fly my drone?

Yellow means that you are clear to fly but need to fly with Caution. That specific area you are being cautioned about multiple heliports (which you must give right of way to any aircraft), multiple schools (don't fly over schools), and a stadium (which you cannot fly within 3 miles of an active event during the event, one hour before and one hour after). On stadiums the FAA specifically calls out what events you need to avoid but YMMV if you fly around any other event and have to answer to authorities.
