Can anyone give a little advice on Australian drone regulations?

Hi all! Hoping there's some Aussie Autel flyers on here. I'm new to drones and have had my Evo 1 for less than a week. So far I've only flown over private land with permission, after checking on this site Curo Drone Flight Advisory that I'm not in any restricted airspace or no-fly zones. Going forward, I'm trying to get it clear in my head where I can and can't fly. Clearly, I can't fly at all here for example (random example) - see screenshot:1680729682015.png
The Aus drone regs are here: https://www.casa.gov.au/drones/drone-rules/drone-safety-rules
I'm just not quite clear about the different types of restricted airspace. In the map view above, if I click on a yellow zone, the no Fly warning disappears, but there's still a Caution - now what should I do about it...? I'm hoping that is not what the regs call a restricted airspace as then I wouldn't be able to fly there either!

Thanks for any help!

Discovered that the website gives more info - 'yellow cautions' can be different types... I think I'm getting there.1680733870360.png
