Stuck rear buttons- anyone?

Being a Florida resident I often fly around the beach and I believe small grains of sand are getting stuck around the rear button crevices causing the buttons to get stuck- has anyone experienced this?
Has anyone disassembled the radio to clear it debris- any photos available of the dismantling of the controller?
If a write-up exists of the radio disassembled I'd appreciate it- any links?

I had the "B" button failed inside the controller. Everything works, but there are no buttons. The service is far away. Also looking for a video about how to disassemble the controller)
