Stolen EVO 2. What can Autel do if anything?

So our EVO was stolen from a storage facility sometime in mid-April but we just discovered it. Autel recommends registering a drone with them in case it's stolen which I did when purchased. I contacted Autel support 5 days ago but they haven't responded. Is there anything they can and will do?

if the drone is already activated, im not sure there is anything anyone can do. you can always report your drone as stolen and if autel receives it for some reason, they can flag it but if you're looking for some type of remote locating or disabling function, i don't think that is an option. sorry to hear about the loss of your drone.

Also if registered with FAA (assuming USA), they might be able to flag as stolen airframe? Only guessing, but might be another option.
