Speed Limit Question

Hey guys, newer Evo pilot here. I have a question about the speed limits. I see that I can set the limit to 11, 22 or 34 mph.... then there is Ludicrous mode which is an entirely different beast. My question is regarding the 34 mph limit. If I choose 34 mph in the setting, then go fly it defaults back to 22 mph. The only way I'm able to reach 34 mph in Standard flight mode is if I turn of visual navigation. Is this just the standard for Evo?

I believe the 34 mph limit needs OA turned off. Even though there isn't a prompt like when turning on Ludicrous mode.

What annoys me is that the app reverts any settings changes to default the next time you go to fly.
