Secret menu not showing up

Hi there i did all the updates and calibration I’m totally good all the latest firmware etc.QUESTION i went on my phone after start up going thru every thing And noticed that this menu that would appear in the upper left of the app doesn’t come up any one anyone on this.

Try swipping from left to right from the left corner.
