No I run stock antennas. Where I am I don't seem to have very much problem with signal. I will lose telemetry single to the tx before video. The one and only test I did for distance it went 1.3 miles with solid video but lost tx control and it went into RTH.

Not that I have any problems to date, just that I have never really tried to go the distance you have.

i picked up a pair of those copper coloured 'skycreat' things on ebay for a few pounds ( about 5 dollars in your currency), but have not really had the need or confidence to try yet.
