RemoteID / EF9-3 USB file transfer

Got 2 new EVO II V3 (C2) thermal Autels today.
EF9-3 remote, Android 11, Build 1.3.9.16, FW 6.0.3.9
EVO II V3 FW: 5.0.5.79

2 questions:

1) My operator id is not accepted: DNK0000XXXXX952W.
2) Im not ale to transfer files (upload kml / download logs) to/from EF9-3. My laptop does nothing when connected with supplied USB-C cable. The EF9-3 charges, nothing else. Under the USB menu on the EF9-3, i cant chose "Use USB for Files Transfer ect."

Help is apreciated.
