Hello Guys, My EVO 1 Controller is not charging and I cant find one anywhere for purchase. Is there a battery that goes inside of the controller that I may be able to replace or whats my best Option. Please dont say call Artel..... Been down that LOOOOOOOOOG dead end road.

I've just ran into the exact same problem, cannot charge the controller no matter what. Luckily, the controller had almost 100 percent charge and I was able to fly a couple times so I know the drone is good and working well. Let me know if you ever ended up figuring anything out on this. I'm think a new or used remote might be the only fix, of course Autel was 100 percent useless.
So let me tell you what I did. I went online and brought a Evo1 drone from someone for 250.00. The drone had some minor issue but I got the controller and paired it to my drone. Am up and flying.
Important that you verify that you are using a verified charging cable and not a weenie data cable
This link should give you insight into how the controller is disassembled and if it is within your skill set. I recall it was a pair of 18650 lithium cells. I was installing the antenna so I didn't need to monkey with the battery.
