Register and Un-Register (Bind) Drone

When buying a used Autel drone, does the previous owner need to unregister the drone before you can register it or does it automatically get transferred to the new owner when they register it?

If you mean "bind" rather than registration of some sort, it has nothing to do with owners. "bind" refers to pairing a remote with a craft.

Yes, that's what I mean. Registering it with Autel I guess. I think DJI does something similar. I just didn't know if someone selling a drone had to un-register their drone with Autel or it was just kind of automatic.
