Unbinding a drone

I just bought a used EVO II and it will not let me bind it to my account as it is bound to the previous owner. How does he unbind so I can bind to me?

So you MUST contact Autel to have that done. I had the same issue (unbind) on my account. They complete the request almost instantly.

I contacted autel to remove the binding on my drone and they only replied to the first email and silence since then, and i have sent various email already!
And nothing, no replies whatsoever.
Not happy so far, the drone is buggy and the tech support can be better!
